I can't recall the brand I last used but just use the standards required in the service manual.

 
Experience is something you get just after you needed it
1600,Foran Razorbacks, Meerkat bypass, Dyno tune, real headlight,plenty of chrome,switchblade pegs, Hagon Nitro shocks & Ikon progressive fork springs etc. Scorpion Western Low handlebars. PH adjustable fork caps.

I like Nulon coolant but I'm sure Motul or one of those would do a coolant that would suit

Using Zerex here - there's some HOAT spec in manual that led me to it, as Leethal mentioned.

Zerex G-05, 50/50 with distilled water.
Manual pg 11.4:
A year-round, Hybrid Organic Acid Technology (known as Hybrid OAT or HOATI coolant is installed in the cooling system when the motorcycle leaves the factory. It is coloured green, contains a 50% solution of ethylene glycol based antifreeze, and has a freezing point of -35°C (-31°F).
